• Undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for refund or store credit. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
• In order to begin the return or exchange process, please email orders@echo-lit.com. Please include your order number and list the item you would like to return/exchange.
• After we receive the returned item, the return will be processed within 1-3 business days.
