Do you design and print everything yourselves?
Yes, all of our products (unless noted) are designed by Echo-Lit and local artists. We print and frame everything by hand at our shop in Charleston, WV.
Do you custom design for other clients?

What is your turnaround time?
Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days.
How can I check the status of an order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. You will also receive an email containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. You will receive an email from us when your order is placed, and again when it leaves our studio.
How long will delivery of my order take?
Orders within the US with Standard Shipping are sent via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. These methods take an average of 1-5 days to arrive.
